I received a very threatening email accusing me of all kinds of crimes and fraudulent acts and demanding money. This is harassment scare tactics in Mafia type extortion. These people are trying to extort me for money and they don't even know who I am. While they trying to extort me for this money they don't even know what my name is on this d***. It just says Dear Debtor. I have not done anything like this threatening email says that I have. And they are threatening me if I do not pay them money.
This is unusual rip off when they demand that we had to pay total of $900 that is not the fact and dont know why use the wrong number of ssn and the credit union too...either they said it was NSF and depoist $300 that is vague language a lady name Ashley in this ACS indicated us. She has no rights to look into our former account with Montana First credit union. We had to pay those by using PAYPAL card, that they request from CVS, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Walgreen. We request them to send receipt and they said they will send rec eipt when we paid full amount. Never heard of it even if you make payment still give you receipt which they wont give us receipt untill full payment is paid in full. James
I have been receiving emails from a David Smith telling me about an unsettled payday loan from ASC INC. These emails continually state that I must rectify the situation or be subject to legal action to include jail. I ask repeatedly for the original documents for the supposed loan, with no response other that to call +1 510 629 5094. This is outrageous and an uneeded stress.
