Arthur Lee Mendoza is a Liar and Thief and I'm going to make sure everybody knows it! He purchased a 1948 Chevy Coupe Classic Car from one of my clients over this past weekend at an agreed to price and condition but how's now refused to pay me my commission on the sale. Here's a copy of his email explaining how he has decided to change the agreed to terms of the sale after the sale was made. The day of the sale he told me he would pay me my commission but has now refused to do so.
Its obvious Art has seen an opportunity to change the terms of the deal after he went ahead and purchased the car and agreed to pay me the day of the sale. My Commission was $500.00 dollars and not Art's new offer of $300.00. I informed Art prior to the sale the price was not negotiable and if he didn't like the car and the price then don't buy it. However, he bought the car, so he automatically agrees to the agreed to terms prior to the sale.
It's what you call being a Fair Business Person! Now, I run a simple business where I help private owners with advertising their RVs & Classic Cars. The lady selling this car was doing so on behalf of her recently deceased husband and I was helping her. I did not need to be at the sale just to watch two people sign documents and exchange the money. Art, now your friends know what kind of business person you really are and that's one who lies and cheats people when the opportunity presents itself. I'll be informing all the Contacts I have in the Classic Car Circuit here in Denver about your behavior and warn them not to do business with a Man of your character. It may take some time but Art you're going to learn the hard way, the $500 YOU'VE CHEATED OUT OF IS GOING TO COST YOU A WHOLE LOT MORE IN THE LONG RUN. I've not received a dime from Art and he has refused to answer my calls to discuss this matter reasonably. So, I have no other choice but to inform all who need to know on Social Media.
Eric I do have issues on your side of the business deal, You were not there when i had question about the two crack windows, Driver side and passanger door window not to mention the the deep scratch on the left top fender, Bob did mention who ever was opening up the hood was going to far up that cause the deep hard scratch. I was not going to bring it up to "Jacquelyn" sweet lady to negotiate the price. The price could of been more negotiable have you been there. Me and Jacquelyn did most of the running around to get the deal done. I sell classic cars and muscle cars to i have them in my possession so the buyer does not have to worry about any problems, In this case you did not want to make a trip to Pueblo west. I am a sale man for my own printing company when there is a question i have to be there to answer any question no matter what it takes, i also love the sport of vintage automobiles have my own collection cars, If i sell one i have to be there because thats the deal.
I feel that 300.00 is fair on you part, I need a address to mail you a check i need to claim on my taxes for 2018, Sincerely Art Mendoza
