They sold me a jeep on aug 2019 with a inspection that they did them selves . two days later i brought it to my mechanic for a ck and they said that they wouldnt been able to inspect the jeep in vt, whats the difference .
Arrowhead inspects anything just to sell it . they also tell you whatever is easiest for them .they had me calling the warranty co. tring to get money returned to finance co. when the warranty co.
Never saw it, arrowhead kept the money and would never have returned if not for my complaining to attorney general in nh .
They lie and cheat most people who deal with them ive written a review on bbb website but you will never see it . i guess they have an understanding
I was told by the dealer the car was in perfect condition I drove it I heard a strange rubbing bopping noise while turning to the left the right and while driving they refuse to give me a carfax and I've take it 3 times to hv them fix it they tell me they hear the noise but can't find where it's coming from I've had the car a week. And there refusing to fix it
We purchased a 2007 Ford F150 back in July of 2015. We traded in our vehicle towards it, which they stated they gave us $1500 for( nowhere to be seen on paperwork) plus had to give an additional $2000 down. They never gave us the title paperwork to register it and the second day we had it we started having issues with it.I tried to tell the seller that we had problems and he said we would have to pay for repairs...needless to say this vehicle was priced over $14,000...
there shouldn't have been any problems with it to begin with. A couple weeks later we had to get additional keys cut because we were only given one. While getting the keys cut the vehicle went through a 12 point safety check and failed due to a cracked manifold and no high beam lights and Wig Wags that are illegal on a personal vehicle. Then 2 weeks later while driving down the road we broke down and had to have the vehicle flat bed towed to a garage to have it fixed.
The manifold had been cememted and had to be chiseled out. The transmission coolant lines and transmission cooler were completely shot and the filler tube for the transmission fluid was rusted out. Consequently almost $1500 in repairs later we still have to have the plugs changed and there are still a few minor problems...This vehicle should not have been sold as a road worthy vehicle, let alone been inspected.
