Orederd some ammo through this side, was advised I had to use Zelle for fund transfer, after transfer complete I was advised there needed to be an additional fee for shipping insurance, $200 on a purchase of $266 and the shipper was using Fedex. They told me I would be refunded the insurance cost AFTER delivery and I need to forward them the additional $200 through Zelle for shipment to begin
This seemed unusal and excessive, I called Fedex and was told insurance fees were not refundable and the COST of insurance based on the $266 price would be about $4.
I questioned them about this and was told they needed my name and address for the shipper to contact me, this info they admited they already had. At this point I was seriously concerned about the creditability of this firm.
Further chat conversations began to reveal I was getting a bunch of double talk, poor comprehension of the English language and continued insistance on payment of the ADDITIONAL $200 before processing the order.
At this point I requested to have the shipper contact me, or cancell the order with a refund. Now they are ignoring my queries and text alltogether and it appears I just sent $266 to a rip-off web site.
