Arizona Home Management LLC, Manager William" Howie" Hibbs, and owner Bonnie O'Connor have run our condominiums into the red and brought the condition of the grounds and amenities to the point of condemnation by the City of Tucson.
The pool and jacuzzi have been drained and left empty for years now. It collects mosquiitos. The grounds and planters are left unwatered, dead and empty. The trees all remain untrimmed and left to die. The roofs of several building are leaking and all the cable companies refuse to install satellite dishes on them because the roofs are unsafe. The buildings have cracked stucco and all need paint. The fountains are dry. cracked and need to be repaired or destroyed. The safety railing has fallen over and down the mountain in places. The room that was to be an exercise facility remains closed. The clubhouse remains closed. Some buidings are infested with mice and other buildings with mold from the roof leaks seeping down within the inner walls. The security bulbs in the walk ways and parking areas seldom work and never have burned out bulbs replaced The palm frawns blow down from the wind and lay in the driveways.
Mr. William "Howie" Hibbs, the HOA manager assigned by Arizona Home Owner's LLC is rude, incompetent, and very poor at handling the HOA repairs or managemnt. He has angered so many owners that they are refusing to pay dues until things are fixed. Mr. Hibbs does not encourage owner's to participate at HOA meetings. The meetings are held at 6pm on a work day, and at a location far from our condominiums. If you arrive two minutes late after 6PM for a meeting you will find Mr. Hibbs locks the door. He refuses to have meetings on site or at a time when working people can attend after work. His meetings adhere to parlimentary proceedure so if you do show up to speak you may only speak for 3 minutes.
Today our condiminiums are in the red and owners owe over $124,000 in deliquent monies !!!
