This company will never give you compliments on your work, or if they do, it comes right along with a number of things you have done wrong and why your average ratings (metrics) are being reduced. Their list of acheivement categories are controlled soley by them, and if you don't meet those categories, they will reduce your average paycheck by 10% - 40% depending on how many hours you put in in a week / pay period.
COMPLETE thieves! And to add insult to injury, the fortune 500 companies that they have as clients (that you service) don't really seem to care. So, a $15/hr. job quickly turns into an $8/ hr. job after they have stolen everything they can from you.
Just to let you know first, all the complaints that you see on this site is VERY true. Arise will steal your money with no remorse and they make it look like it is legal and will give you nothing to fight with. Well I am going to fight them. I am sick of getting ripped off and I know many others that are getting ripped off. To talk to anyone at Arise, you have to post a message on their Resolution Center and hope and pray that they answer you, usually it never gets answered because they have a script that is posted by someone and it usually just says " This it the policy of Arise and you are a private contractor so we have no control over you problem". There is NO way of contacting them and speak to a human, if that is what you want to call them.
So the legal way, if this is your idea of legal, they steal your money is, they post a client on their portal. You sign up and the agent HAS to pay their huge charge which is usually well over $200. They are running special "one time low cost" now because no one will sign up for these classes at that price. It use to be that if you paid the high price and then if Arise would offer it at a cheaper price, you could get reimbursed for the difference. Now they say "This is a one time special offer and is not retroactive" that way they don't have to give refunds anymore.
Anyway, the agent starts the class which usually takes a month to complete, the instructor will hipe you up and tell you how well everyone one is doing, mind you, each class has at least 25 people in it. Then when the class is over, the agent has to take mock calls, which are graded by some dope that gets paid to act like they are a customer or they tell you that you will take live calls, these are more dopes that pretend to be customers and they grade you. They send the feedback to your instructor and if it is bad, you don't certify. They lie about your calls and let them feel that you know nothing about what you were taught.
This way, Arise gets your big money that you paid for the class and you are hung out to dry. They dried up my bank account completely. The instructor will not even pull the call that is supposedly recorded and that is it. Out of at least 25 agents in the class, maybe 5 will get ceritfied, then after a short time, the agents are terminated because they are told they are not keeping up to their SOW and again, Arise gets the big cash and you are out the door. These rebutal you read on this report are the instructors and PF's and big "RICH" shots that are getting big bonuses to write them. Trust me, you WILL be sorry if you sign up with Arise.
Im going to make this short and simple. Arise keeps a high turn over rate so u willkeepelecting new training programs to pay them for. I was an apple chat repand lived it for the most part. They still found a way to easily fire people. Theyvased ur performance on a 5 star survey n anything less than 5 stars counted against u. And when i mean counted against u i mean affected ur pay n hrs able to work. I receive 1000 compliments from client but one bad reaction from a customer got me firedcompletely. They didnt even want to show me the chat i was fired for. Needless to say i was fored becaise i asked the customer toslow down and better explain their adapter cable need. He reportedme because he couldnt describe it. They claimed typing that was being ride n firedme. I have twokids n not once my 7months working their have any otherproblems. You spend money to make money but they live tofire people n provide little help to no help on performing betterfor the client. I have nothing for my twokudsnotnhave actually becomehomeless because ofhowdepressed it made me. Iwas going to just move on ut to thisdate i still have not found work. ThanksArise!!
