Ralph says the picture sent as the proof did not match the pantones that I approved. I said I have no idea what the pantone codes are and approved a picture with a black background and paid and invoice that said black background. Ralph refuses to take responsibility.
I ordered and paid for a Conference Room Logo sign from ARIC Signs on May 20th 2021.

My email to Ralph at ARIC Signs:
Ralph, the proof provided to any customer is a image. All the images / Renderings we received for the Bathroom Pros Logo, always has a black background. The invoice we paid in advance stated black background on aluminum pan. Any customer would assume you have chosen the pantone colors to match the image and description in the invoice. You mistakenly used the pantone colors for the Bath Planet authorized dealership sticker. I like all customers have no idea what the color codes or Pantone’s actually are. Any customer would rely on your provided proof image as the correct colors for approval. We hope you will correct your mistake and paint the aluminum pan black to match the approved image.
Best, Paul
This is the response from Ralph at ARIC Signs:
My guy is saying that the background color you wanted is black but we never designed a black background and that is not what you approved on your email.
We designed your logo and fabricated based on the color codes you provided to us.
Your email below shows the PANTONE colors you provided us and we provided an artwork to you which you approved and we fabricated your sign based on your approval with those color codes.
Furthermore, the design we provided shows all the colors.
