I signed into this company thinking they were the company Ardyss, later to find out they are copycat, and they are just a rep who put up their company name same as the actual company, and when i asked for a refund they said NO REFUND!
I decided to order a garment since i had already paid for a supposed membership!...then started again the horrible customer service...they never answer their phone, I called left messages (many) , emailed them from their website many times asking for help on my order and nothing!
Finally got a hold of someone they said o yes should get your item withing 3/4 days, nothing then i called on friday said hey my item is not here and i asked for tracking number and i still have not recieved anything, can you please provide me with one, they said o yes that the order had gotten delayed i would recieve it no later than tuesday of the following week, tuesday came and went and nothing, again i called and no answers many calls, email, and voicmails made and nothing, finally gat a call back after a day or so and they said o its just got lost in the mail, so I asked give me the tracking number at least so i can see for myself, she of course would not and i told her " I want my money back and I want my money from membership back!" or send me my item and Give me my item within 24 hours you can overnight it!
she said no i will have to talk to my manager , yet the only person i have ever talked to is her!
i still have not recieved a call and not money or merchandise!!
