Switching back to Sprint has been the worst move I've made in a long time. We walked into the Coral Springs Mall Store and were promised all these great offers. Free iPhone 7's if we turned in our paid off iPhone 6's. Half the monthly payment we were paying and so on. The sales girl (store manager) has us all convinced with savings and happiness as she had us blindly sign a contract saying her computer were down that they'd email us the contract tomorrow. The next day I call cause of coarse no email. The store manage is gone. Transferred out of state. Our contract is NOTHING we agreed upon and we're leasing new phones instead of owning them. Why would I give up a perfectly new paid In full phone to lease another? And that 50% off. Ha what a joke.
They've been ripping us off monthly for 4 months now to the tune of $200+ a month when we were promised $100 a month. We've been dealing with a customer sevice rep Pauline Noriega for 4 months now and keeps promising us this and that then we don't hear from her again for weeks. Sprint/ Arch telecom. Not sure who you are but your customer service is horrendous and NO ONE should have to go through what Sprint has put us through over the last 4 months still unresolved. We spoke to Pauline last week and she promised us resolution and reimbursement for our overcharges. She said she would type up the agreement and get back to us the next day. She has yet to respond now a week and a half later. She does this constantly. We think it's resolved the she disappears and we don't hear from her. Then our monthly bill comes around again over charging us by double. We have to pay or we loose our phones. Then we have to renegotiate our resolution terms. 4 months now and I'm out hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
