After 4 months of my close date we notice some different color in my kithchen and I submitted a warrany request and got contacted from Dean Miller who is supposed will fix my issue and he refuse to do it because this is normal and when I asked all my neighbours found that no one had this issue and I asked him for his manager and contacted him ( his name is Joe) and also he refused to change kitchen cabient.

after almost 20 months I recieved a letter from my water utility provider that says there's a leak coming from Meter Fixture, so I contacted Dean again to fix this leak because I'm still under the warranty and asked him not to fix it unless he provide me with verification or evidence of what they did.

Dean assigned my order to a company and they did their job, but I'm trying now to get a verification from Dean and he referred me to the company that did the work which I didn't deal with them and they didn't know me and there is no any feedback from them to my request and Dean refused to provide me with I asked for.

Now my utility provider need an evidance and they refudsed to provide me with this verification.

My husband and I decided to build with Arbor Homes in 2009. The past few years we have had siding fall off and multiple wind damage on our roof. We have filed 3 claims resulting in 3,000 in deductibles and before that with the "minor" damage we had paid out of pocket - a total of about 5,000.00. With our claim filed in 2016 we obtained an engineers report stating the roof was installed incorrectly. We have contacted Arbor Homes warrant, Arbor Homes Extended Warranty, Arbor Homes Registered Agent, and I have hired an attorney who also go the run around and spent 2000.00 for him. We dont have the funds to file in court and sue Arbor Homes. I am now in communication with Arbor Homes insurance carrier and he keeps telling me to contact the subcontractors insurance company - which Knox Construction was uninsured at the time of the installation and didnt even have a legit company in 2009 via the secretary of state website. I believe ARbor Homes needs to take responsilibity for hiring a company without checking the insurance. They need to pay us 5000 to close the case. I am not even asking for the 5100.00 it is costing me to replace my entire roof right now.
