Does not honor contract pricing. Will raise your prices even after signing a fixed price contract. They will raise it a little every few months and hope that you don't notice. Charged us for products we did not purchase. Filed a dispute with our credit card company and reported to the police department. I would stay away from this company, they are a fraud. Absolutely the worst to deal with. Called numerous times to try to get them to fix the mischarges.
They kept promising to fix it but never followed through. Roxanne Schleicher and Karin Arterburn both stated they would fix the overcharges. They did not. Actually they just kept charging us and added on additional items we didn't even order. Fraudulent scam company. Keep your business away from these people they are horrible.
In July we signed up for Uniform and rug services from Aramark. One uniform was back-ordered for two months, meanwhile, we had missing clothing for five consecutive months before we attempted to cancel the account with no response from Aramark.
We were unable to reach our sales rep after multiple attempts to rectify the situation, nor their manager. We sent multiple requests to cancel the account and after deliveries stopped we still sent certified letters & emails to the district manager to cancel the account.
It wasn't until we went to the corporate level when billing finally was ceased.
Now, fast forward 9 months after paying for the custom rugs and keeping them, we get a call from the nastiest collection agency ever, CFM Group to collect on a debt we do not owe.
All of this for a bill we didn't receive service for. Of course, Aramark states it's no longer under their control since it's been turned over to collections so this will become a legal matter.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't do business with these people, check the reviews and find another company, ANY other company...
Let me start by saying that we did inquire about starting uniform services with Aramark Uniform Services. The Salesman made promises and didn't follow through. We started this process in the beginning of December 2018 with a start date of 1/1/2019.
When Aramark didn’t show up that first week, or the second week we reached out and found out that salesmen no longer worked for the company and according to the corporate office when we talked to them he didn't start any services. We asked to have a manager reach out to us and never heard back.
They never called back and there is no follow through or customer service of any kind with Aramark. We decided that Aramark isn't a company we can depend on or a company we would love to work with. We reached out to our uniform company to see if we can work out the kinks and signed another contract.
About mid to end of March we had a Aramark truck stop by to service us (without any uniforms). I told him about what has happened and asked him to have someone reach out to us. We never heard from Aramark again after that. On 5/10/2019 we received a charge on our business account from Aramark for $5849.72.
We called them and they still seemed clueless and said it would take 10-14 days for a refund to be processed. We demanded a refund immediately and also tried to escalated this issue to a manager and their out of the office and its been 2 days without hearing back from anyone.
Aramark is a terrible company. They don't follow threw or care about their customers or potential customers. We never received any products, they didn't deliver any products at any time and their were no services ever rendered.
