My story is about the same as everyone elses. I was told when I ordered the two products (Viamorous and AquaVo) that I was receiving a 30-day supple of each product free to try for 30 days and at the end of the 30 days if I did not want to continue the automatic send of the product I could cancel and all I would pay would be shipping and handling. Well I ordered them on 06-05-17 and on 06-20-17 they charged my account for almost $200.00! I called customer service and talked to Alvin Chase and he said the agreement was for 15 days but I told him that was not what I was told at the time of my order. He offered to reduce the payment by 30% and I told him I wanted a refund because I was lied to. I even offered to send the product back but he refused. He said that I declined the 30% offer and said he would send my complaint to billing. Well we all know where that will lead! I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning to try to cancel this payment but I do not hold out much hope since it is on a debit card.
Please put this company out of business! I do hope that a lawsuit will be brought against them!
Viamorous/AquaVo This was supposed to be two free products to try and after 30 days if did not want could cancel account; however, ordered on 06-05-17 and on 06-20-17 they charged my account for almost $200.00. Called and complained and got the run around. Told them I wanted a refund but they offered 30% off original price. Told them that is not what I was told when I ordered. They said that I now had declined the 30% offer and would send my complaint to billing. I told them I would be contacting my bank to cancel the payment. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! i AM SO PISSED!!! PLEASE PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS. I DO HOPE A LAWSUIT IS BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.
Tried to cancel order before receiving it. After two weeks charged an additional $97.+. Called to return unused item was refused. Complete scam.
I saw Vlamourous on Facebook and it was only $3.99 for a trial size. Once I put in my information it also signed me up for AquaVo Eye cream, without me agreeing or accepting anything. Once it went through I read the reviews and everyone complained about the scam... they put you on an autoship and bill you almost immediately. Within a few hours I emailed both companies to cancel everything and one email bounced back.. So it doesnt matter if the product is good or not, it is a highly unscrupulous company with unethical tactics to make their money... When I called to get a refund of the amost $200 for both products, the first woman said she could give me 40% back, the second person said 70% back and that was final.. It also featured Joanna Gaines from HGTV in the ad saying this was her new product.. I know as a Christian she would not approve of the standards of this company.. Someone needs to get the word out to her immediately.
I am embarrassed to report that i ordered a "free" trial of vlamorous on my ipad and somehow Either a mis-click...Or not?) added an order of aquavo trial. I did not see any fine print on how after 14 days for vlamorous and after 18 days of aquavo i would be charged full price for the samples. One charge was $105.79 the other was $97.83. I was actually charged this twice, and had not noticed until another sample came in the mail - which i did not actively order, but got as an "automatic" renewal since i did not cancel after my free trial. None of the terms were visible to me at the time of the original sample order. I called to cancel, which was confirmed. I asked for a refund and offered to send the second delivery back - they did not want it back and informed me that i could have a 50% refund, as per the terms of the agreement Also not visible to me).
This company is a fraudulent ! This company offered 2 products Valamouros and Tryaquavo 1 had a 14 day Trial the other had a 15 day Trial ( trick number 1). I called to cancel Tryaquavo due to Valamorous was too late! I was told that I could send Tryaquavo product back within 30 days for a discounted price as I did and I would not be charged any further. Well due to the fact they had not checked their warehouse returns properly I was charged 96.78 again the following month from my account . ( trick 2). I contacted my bank and reported fraud because I did not authorize another charge well my bank fought against them and they gave up because I had ordered from them before it was considered a legit charge . I contacted them concerning this charge and I was told I couldn’t get my money back bacause I turned them in for fraud . (Trick 3). So I have no product or my money and this has to be illegal! Everybody needs to contact the BBB and report their behavior this is not legal ! There is laws against this!
