We purchased the Residential Chemical Filter with Reverse Osmosis Water System July 2017 and the salesman said someone will come to our home in 6 months to change out our filters, as of today no one has showed up. My husband tried to call the cell phone numbers of the 2 salesmen and left messages but no one has return his call. This was about 2 months ago. We feel this was a ripoff possibly a scam and the salesmen probably had burn cell phones. They were from Canada so who knows where they are now. We are still paying for our water system but we are in need of service right now. We moved from Indiana and had an osmosis there and we know how great it was so when the guys came around we signed up not knowing we were going to have a hard time having someone service it. The plumber did not tighten the faucet down and it is so loose you can see the hole. The water system we had in Indiana, we had to change the filters every 3 months. The system we have now is way past due for new filters. I saw your site where anyone can sell you system, you give them the brochures and everything they need. With the package you provide them I'm sure they are ripping off decent people who still put trust in other people. We are suppose to receive different kinds of soap for the home for 5 years and the guy that delivered the initial soap said the paper was in one of the boxes to request for more soap, you know what? No refill request paper. We are not alone, one of our other neighbor's asked us if we ever received any additional service because he was having the same problem as we were. Where do I start , I purchased a system from the son of the owner from Aquavida Water LLC I was lied to when I purchased almost 1 / 2 years ago. I knew I had bad water and I liked the sales guy, I was told I would get a soap package deal that was good for 5 years, I was told it was only going to be 4,997 then the guy shows up to install the system wants me to sign off on the paperwork and the price on there is 7999? He told me I was upgraded, the system first night starts leaki ng called the guy who put the system in he said I would have to pay cash $100 so I called the office, the lady told me she couldn't find any paperwork she would call me back. I waited two days and stI'll nothing I sent a letter to cancel the deal period the owner calls me and they upgraded me to the too system and apologized,
they brought out a basket of 1,000 dollar savings and it was a card for coupons I tried using and stated it had already been used. I immediately told Calvin he said someone used it and I needed to find out who? My display is working I've called and emailed no response for almost 8 months, had a leak in the kitchen from the system under the counter, my dishwasher has been backed up and waiting for Aquavida to find a time to pencil me in to get my problem fixed, I just called another puronics local dealer and they came out fixed me up , my line were tied into the refrigerator lines and under the counter was rigged up very dissatisfied with the service and equipment! There are several other puronics dealers here I'm houston please don't call these cheap low down liars. It will be the worst mistake EVER!
