I placed an order, and over a month later, this man who leaves his voice on the answering machine does not return phone calls. He took my money and never responded to me in any fashion. The entire web is a fraud. The government should really do something about this man taking peoples money.
My grandson ordered fish from Aquarium Creations on 12-19-16 using my creditcard without my knowledge or permission. I contacted the owner when I received my statement from the credit card company. Initially the owner agreed to cancel the order as the fish had not been shipped out. I have personally spoke with the owner on numberous occasions and have been promised a credit back to my credit card account and as of today it hasn't happened. I believe this individual screens his calls as when I contact him no matter what time of day it is, my call goes unanswered. Anyone purchasing fish from this individual, be aware... It has been over three months and no credit has been received on my account. I feel that the owner is as dishonest as they come. Does $879.95 mean that much to him? No delivery was ever received. As of today I will contact my credit card yet again and file a fraudalent charge since that's exactly what is it. Fortunately my daughter lives in Florida and if necessary I will file a complaint in Small Claims Court. By the way, my grandson was dealt with!

I ordered two fish and a lobster from aquariumcreations online over a month ago and the company proceeded to give one excuse after another why they couldnt ship my order then they just started ignoring my request for shipment or refund.
So basicaly they stole my 179.00 These are horrible people who have done this to many others. they need to be stopped.
I placed an order for 179.00 for two fish and a lobster they took the money out of my account and have sent me nothing. AT first they had one excuse after another(the fish weren't ready for shipment then a death in the family) and now they refuse to respond to my email and will not refund my money. These people are thieves and liars!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
Advertised Hamilton technology 150watt metal halide light system for sale. i purchased this unit on 12/22/16 and was sent a 100 watt set up. I called company about the mix up and was told that the 100 watt ballast is ok to use up 250 watt bulb. I contacted the manufacturer to confirm this information and was told by dave @ Hamilton technologies that I would need 150 watt ballast for 150 watt bulb. I called aquarium creations and they said they found two 150 watt units and would send out with a pick up lable for the 100 watt system. As of today 1/19/17 still nothing sent two e mails and did not get any response.
Left numerous messages and emails inquiring about ship date. Seller was very poor with communication. Finally shipped after two weeks. Sent overnight upon delivery immediately open and Kole tang was dead. Hippo covered in Ick. Quarantined hippo with copper sulfate overnight, he didn't make it to the morning. One shrimp arrived the other two didn't. Although there was a small bag of sand… After many calls emails the seller replied that he would replace the Kole Tang on my next order. Never acknowledged the Hippo or the two missing shrimp. Repeated emails and calls asking for a credit as I would not order anything else from this place have not been returned.
