More than 3 months have passed since payment, only partial shipment received and constant delay and empty promises. I was in contact with Mr Michael Mizrachi from day one and met him at the CES 2014 in Las Vegas. We exchanged contacts and decided to do business together. We placed an order and it was fully fulfilled albeit with delay and longer than what was expected. He promised that lead times will greatly improve and that we should place higher orders in order to get better prices. We then placed a bigger order consisting of Apple as well as Spigen mobile cases.
We transferred funds for the invoice amount of $377,350 ( INV-102 ) on the 11th of May'14 and receipt of payment confirmed by them on 16th of May'14. We were promised delivery within a week but it dragged on for a month and on the 14th of June'14 they gave us partial shipment of just the Apple items at the value of $205,669 ( INV-102-1 ). This carried on until 31st of July'14 and nothing was available, they suggested we modify our order as they were sourcing the Spigen cases it from a third party and that if we switch and modify our order to just Apple products it would be fulfilled right away, and we did so. We were promised that within 4 days goods would be ready and shipped.
