Investment scam can easily be called the cancer every other investor has to face in their career, and as unfortunate as it is, it ends up causing financial death most times. The reason that is even possible is because scammers have been improvising lately to get away with being caught and manage to scam investors smoothly.

They pay extra attention to how they appear- pretending to be professionals representing established companies with inspiring success stories. Unsuspecting individuals like ourselves believe their fake sincerity on the grounds that they don't even have the motive to scam, but that's exactly what they use. It is already an endgame when they sign up to represent reputable companies, because that automatically exempts them from the scrutiny every investee faces when asking for investments.

One such investment scammer hiding behind a reputable name, with this exact description is Clay Cooley, the founder of AppSwarm Inc listed on OTC markets and trading with the stock symbol $SWRM. To define Clay Cooley in simple words, he is nothing but shiny gold on the outside, worthless coal on the inside.

Due to his privileges as founder Appswarm Inc, he can pretend to be a hotshot entrepreneur without anyone ever doubting him. But reality is that he is nothing more than a ruthless investment scammer, and a disgrace to professionals. Like many other victims before us, we experienced his greed first hand and it has no end to say the least.

Cooley's list of concerns does not include whether those he looted are left with crippling financial loss or even bankruptcy. His scheme is already in motion the minute you do so much research about him and his ventures, because you will be impressed.

But do not take that as a sign that his intentions are genuine- because it's all a beautifully drawn up lie and a drafted persona. All you will find on the internet about Clay Cooley is all due to App Swarm Inc's marketing budget that he utilizes personally.

You will find nothing but songs of his praises and mentions of his 'tale of hardship' mentioning his struggles up until he founded App Swarm Inc, because not only does that make him sound inspiring, being the founder it automatically makes the company seem amazing too.

If only he didn't threaten the investors he has looted to this day to make sure they don't expose him, the content available online would've been a lot different. But all of this is mere proof that both Appswarm Inc and Clay Cooley are the same, and hiding behind $SWRM's goodwill, he scams unsuspecting investors smoothly.

Like everyone else, we were fooled into believing that he was a genius entrepreneur when we did our research about him as well. It wasn't even our fault because we were inspired, and at that point someone who didn't believe his credentials and Appswarm's goodwill sounded weird. The Clay Cooley x AppSwarm Inc duo seemed like the only one way ticket to success then, so we agreed to his proposal and decided to invest.

The first red flag was when he asked us to transfer the amount to his personal account instead of the company's. But we were in a daze and he sweet talked us through any doubts that were starting to surface. However, as soon as the money went through he cut off all contact. We tried to contact him through all means possible but to no avail. Calls, emails, nothing went through. It was a dead end. That's when we tried approaching him at the Appswarm Inc office, only to be shocked.

This scoundrel threatened us and pretended as if he had never taken as much as a penny from us, and had AppSwarm Inc staff to kick us out. Needless to say, from both their actions it was clear that they had had practice. From that point onwards, we started registering everything for real and decided to come to terms with the fact that we had fallen prey to an investment scam.

The financial loss took most of our time and attention, but it was still our moral responsibility to speak out and tell the world to beware of scoundrels like Clay Cooley and fraudulent organizations like Appswarm Inc no matter how honest they appear. Make him pay for every single penny he has ever stolen!
