TOTAL SCAM. I was approached by Kirby Burnett in October of 2018. I paid $5,900.00 for their services and since then, I have received NO phone calls. This service is a complete scam. DO NOT sign up with them. My contact person, Maria Hernandez, NEVER responds to my calls or emails. I have simply asked for my money back on multiple occasions with no response. I will be going to California this week and plan to file a suit against them. Again, DO NOT trust anyone at this company.
My law firm hired Approved Legal Hotline and paid them $5,605.00 for prepaid advertisiments. Approved Legal Hotline did not run the TV ads and did not deliver any of the promised leads.

We contracted with Stuart Grant the owner of the Approved Legal Hotline around May 22nd, 2018 for advertising services via commercial. There was a 200% guarantee on ROI, that would be resolved with additional free advertising until 200% of initial investments was recouped from clients.
Before we signed anything, they had already ran our credit card for the services we discussed, because someone called and stated to a paralegal with purchasing power, that we were ready to go and they were just awaiting payment. We confronted them about it they admitted to it and apologized, and after ensuring that they had the proper, and only point of contact, we proceeded anyways because it wasn't worth the battle if it was an honest mistake on their end and the services were rendered.
After processing the payment, we were supposed to get a designated number of phone calls generated from this service, routed to our number a month. To our knowledge this never happened. When we attempted to inquire about a solution in June 2018 they were not responsive at first.
On Nov 26th, 2018 we sent a letter demanding a response as to why we weren't receiving any of the services we were sold. Around December 6th they finally responded, however, they falsely alleged that an attorney at our firm was spoken to, and implied that the reason why we weren't receiving calls was because said attorney declined to expand on the already purchased services.
To our knowledge they never spoke to an attorney at this firm. We responded asking for clarification on who they spoke with as the attorney they alleged, did not have this conversation. There was no response as of December 14th, 2018, so we threatened suit if we didn't hear back from them. To this day we have heard nothing back and received no services.

After receiving no cases of any value, I called, emailed, and sent text messages to Stuart Grant and Maria Chaves, all of which went unanswered. It is obvious that the Company and Stuart Grant were lying to me about the services they provided, and it appears right now, that this is all a big scam.
Since neither Stuart Grant nor any other representative would respond to my various phone calls, emails, and text messages, I am left with no choice but to file a lawsuit against this Company to get my money back. Before doing that, I posted on TrustPilot about my experience. Only then did the Company decide to negotiate a settlement agreement. Our agreement was they they would refund me $6,500 within 48 hours in exchange for my promise to remove the post. So I removed the post and months went by and they did not send a check. So, I put a similar post on TrustPilot and only then, once again, they promised to send me the check. I removed my post and received a check for $6,500 but the check bounced and was returned for insufficient funds.
This Company is a joke. Stuart Grant is fraud. And if you decide to do business with this company (assuming it is currently still operating), you are throwing your money away and making a huge mistake. Please feel free to contact me directly if you'd like more information.

Professional sales job and this joker wears basically like he is at the beach in myinterview. A first for me. He also has his tattoo showing on his shoulder, when he knows I'm Jewish. Twice I interviewed and both times, still can't get how much salary they will pay me should I get the job. This is after Stuart said he would email me what the salary is. After 3 weeks and many calls and a few emails, nothing. This explains in my opinion why most of the employees don't look happy working for him. Who doesn't tell a potential hire how much salary they will make. They have moved a while ago from their Beverly Hills office and their website still is wrong. What are they really hiding?
