This is an appliance rental company. They make you pay up front then wait a week to receive the appliances. The employee called at 730 am (supposed to be after 9 am) and said they were showing up in 30 min. I couldn't shower or hardly do anything. I am disabled and in a lot of pain early in the morning. They came in and quickly set up the equipment and took off. Later when I tried to use the washer, the drum was clearly broken and shook the whole condo.
The dryer also was barely hot. I called same day but was told I had to wait 5 days for someone to come back. On the day the guy showed I was sick and couldn't answer the call. I rescheduled for the next day. The guy was supposed to be here 440-640 pm. At 1204 pm a call came from my gate but hung up after 2 rings. I called the company right away to see if that was them coming here 4 hrs 40 min early and tell them the call hung up after 2 rings.
I was told No-still coming. Well as of 741 pm they never did. They in the end said, oh yes that was them at 1204 pm and made it my fault. So I paid $77 up front in August and as of 9/11 haven't been able to use the washer or dryer. To make it worse-their employee hung up in my ear mid sentence after telling me NOBODY IS COMING FOR THE 2ND WEEKEND.
Customer service reps are very rude. Read the fine print carefully - even if you are only one day into a billing cycle and have the appliances picked up they will charge you for the entire 30 day billing cycle - no refunds are given!!
