I called Appliance Service at 800-830-6040 to repair my dryer. They sent a guy named Gary out to look at it. I was not confident he knew what he was doing as I helped him diagnose my dryer. He said he needed to order a part and would get back to me. I paid the $59.00 service call which they told me would go towards the repair cost. After a week went by, I started calling the people in the office to see what was going on with my part. They never had an answer for me and gave me the runaround. And Gary just never called me back. I am certain they are just collecting service call charges and not doing a thing. At one point they told me the manager was Kay Montville and I should speak to her. I finally did and she blew me off by telling me they would send me a refund. Well, that of course never happened. I see other rip off reports on them in cincinatti, ohio and I'm in Florida! These people need to be stopped! They are all over! I dont believe any of their names are real.

Larry need $190 for parts and would be back on Saturday a few days out to make the repair. He never showed up or called me back. I have called this 800 number several times but Larry never calls me back. Sounds like this is a national scam!
