Do not purchase from this company. Poor customer service
06/18/2022: I placed two orders (washer, dryer, refrigerator & dishwasher) & applied for the Appliance Connection credit card.
I contacted the company the same day (per online instructions regarding orders which total exceeds the credit limit amount). No response. I plit the transaction onto two cards.
06/19/2022: I called customer service numerous times, sent in inquiries, requested live chats. I requested a cancelation of my orders. NO RESPONSES.
06/20/2022-06/30/2022: I continued to call customer service numerous times, sent inquiries & requested live chats. NO RESPONSES
Customer service automated message stated they were busy & would return my call. NO RESPONSES
A few times, I selected the sales option. Representatives immediately answered & stated couldn't help or address my concerns.
They delivered my dishwasher. I selected white glove service (delivery & placement in the room of my choice). Dishwasher was left in front of my house.
07/01/2022: I submitted two tickets via my online portal/account. I received a response stating my dishwasher was delivered. The other appliances were already sent to the delivery company & could not get canceled.
The customer service representative apologized & offered 10 year major components warranty on all the appliance (for the inconvenience). They also offered to have the delivery company return to my residence for the white glove service.
I continued to request a cancelation, a FULL credit to my credit cards and pick up of the dishwasher.
Total purchase amount $6,000. They will cancel my order & charge me about $1,000 to return the items. The dryer is on back order, the washer and refrigerator are still at their warehouse. The dishwasher is still in it's original packaging.
