Fraudulent company. Will bill a “standard initial payment” of hundreds of dollars and claim to refund you once your insurance processes. My insurance processed payment in 7 days. Apollo has claimed to have sent the check 3 times...The check never arrives. The company has no management available, no email addresses, and nobody beyond a receptionist that they will allow you to speak with. They claim to have an entire refunds department, but cannot allow you to speak with them. State records show only 2 employees employed by this business... When i spoke with my doctor’s office they informed me that they receive daily complaints from patients, and were well aware of the hollow promises, and incompetent communications and practices of apollo. 7 months later and 3 “checks in the mail, sorry no confirmation or tracking number” responses later and my initial payment has never made its way back to me. I’m following blue cross blue shield’s advice and filing reports with the california and south carolina state medical boards, national health care anti fraud association, medical billing advocates of america, better business bureau, Yscam, and association of certified fraud examiners. My blue cross agent has confirmed several counts of abusive billing, improper reimbursement, unbundling, and incorrect reporting of procedures. I advise everyone who has fallen victim to this fraudulent service to file detailed complaints as well.
