Apollo adventures is fraud and a scam company. I was not happy from the very beginning and they even said they would cancel my membership and would not charge me anything. Day ended up charging me and now I can I get my money back and every time I've tried to communicate with him that person is no longer there that person is no longer there that email address is no longer ballad all I want is my money back
Apollo Adventures is a scam. I should have known better when they started asking me to buy at $8,000 and came down to $2000. The discounts they showed in presentation was made up. When I went on the site there was a couple of cruise specials they have that was a decent deal but all other cruises were higher than the internet sites. The hotels were higher and the very few that were cheaper were around 5 to 10 dollars savings compare to Expedia.
I asked for my money back and the person on the phone I talked to kept steering me to New York and Miami for savings but everywhere I want to go is cheaper through Expedia. I started to research and have found out that this company has changed names 3 times in the last few years and are partnered with another scam company. Apollo Adventures has gone by Vacation Reservation Services and Best Value Getaway. They have Thomas Joseph and Alan Bernstein as owners with a 570 area code. It looks like they change their name whenever they get a F rating with BBB. They state that RSI Vacations is who they put us with to travel but looking them up is another scam company that changes names.
They have gone by RSI Vacations, Reservation Services International Inc, RSI Affinity, RSI Holdings, and Reservations Services Group. It looks like they bounce around from Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina when the heat is on them. Just google Reservations Services International fl attorney general and you will see how the state of Florida has come down on them.
