This company is Highly unprofessional . It is my intention to contact every ENT in Houston and let them know how these people are treating their patients. I hope the repercussions let them know they cant treat people like that.
I initially went to them as a referral from Dr. Pasha. They said my charge was going to be $20 for my treatment. 6 months later I receive a call from a collection agency for $30. I called the diagnostic center and let them know they should have called me. They would rather make an attempt at ruining someone's credit than pick up the phone.
Thats the kind of staff and individuals that are running this place. On top of filing this complaint, going to the better business bureau, It is my intent to contact ALL ENT Doctors in Houston to advise them of the kind of company they are referring their patients to. I guarantee you my Dr. Will be less than pleased to hear how this referred company treated his patient.
They NEVER received any bill from them and again they would rather ruin someones credit rather than pick up the phone. To anyone reading this, please stay afay from this outfit. VERY unprofessional.
