Said you had a 30 day money back guarantee you only had to pay shipping and handling $5.99. After 2 weeks was charged 74.00Product did not work as they had claimed and was going to return for credit and/or cancel. When I placed order online said nothing about a 14 day trial before you placed order. Went back to their website just to make sure, said you had a 30 day money back guarantee. There is nothing on there about that. I called them and they said there are no refunds, as it was past the 14 day trial. escondito California
I ordered a sample supplement product online from an advertisement and paid shipping and handling with my debit card. I did not see any obvious statements telling me that they would send more supplements and charge full price - however what they did do is charge me the full price of $65.95 for the sample because I didn't call to return the product ( a sample ) within 14 days. Upon seeing the charge to my card I called to cancel whatever subscription that had set up for me but they refused to refund the $65.95 they charged me for the "sample" A complete bait and switch scam rip-off!
A company with games and tricks on their website. Nothing but deceptive practices shown to me. I chose to buy something for three dollars (or thereabouts) on March 28, 2016. The next page that came up told me that I had to order this other item because they went together. Well, I hadn't agreed to that and didn't want it so I spent quite a while trying to figure out how to go back, choose no, deny or refuse and there was no possible way. I was pretty upset about it and closed the page. I knew that I had just been forced to 'order' something I didn't want, so I watched my card.
Sure enough, two days later a charge was pending. I called the bank to stop payment but couldn't because it was pending. This was March 31, 2016. I was also told by my bank that I had to go through the steps of calling and trying to get them to remove the charge. I did so the next business day. I was angry because they basically said, 'too bad' because it had already been sent. I told them I didn't care, they used deceptive techniques to get the order. I went round and round with them but they said they would do so. I discovered tonight that they never took the charge off. (I had to remember to check two weeks or more, later, to give them time enough to reverse the charges) This is a disgusting company.
I believe I was forced into buying this product when I was told it was sold to me for $1 and more than a $1was taken off of my credit card.plus the product doesn't work.
