I made a purchase of Apeaksoft WhatsApp Transfer for Mac (Lifetime Ed) on 12th September 2021 (Order No 28691032). I am not happy with the product. It's different from website description. It transfers all the files in jumbled order without filename. Almost 900 pdfs & word documents are transferred without filename and now it is very difficult to sort them out.
The purpose is not solved. I have mailed Apeaksoft multiple times . All they say is wait . It is almost 3 weeks now . I am fed up . I don't know to whom to ask . Kindly refund the money . I have enclosed details below. Please do the needful.
