Matt Goelze is a Liar and Thief he refuses to give me back my deposit. There is no excuse its been a month since I left and I was told by Jena Davies I would have my deposit in my hand the day I left. I was mistreated and harrassed by Judy Parker and the maintance that work and live on the property. My car was vandalized and our lives were threatened. These people are abusive and retaliate if you say anything to them they don't like.

Judy Parker slanders lies and gossips with a black man named Wesley who is her personal RAT interferring in tenants lives and reporting back to her, she lives and works on the property. Wesley is a tenant on a housing voucher. This company is disrespectful and Kelly Vickers over sees the property refusing to do her job or put a STOP to it!!!

I left the apt with no problmes and that stupid Judy Parker sends me a refund letter with NO CHECK ENCLOSED!!! She has also falsefied my signature on documents.

During the Los Angeles Moratorium this management company was stealing money from tenants until I told the county supervisors they retaliated against me. In Los Angeles NO RENT IS TO BE INCREASED NOR CAN TENANTS BE EVICTED!! Matt Goelze was having Judy Parker and Steve Chong Community manager increase rents the enitre time the Moratorium was in effect.

I have told him I want my entire move in returned for all the abuse and threats. Management has the special tenants who enjoy being abusive, and were banaging on my door after my husband died to be disrepectful. AMC LLC is FREEMASON SATANIST and they don't hide it.

Do not move here its bad news and very over priced for being a senior complex. Young 30 year kids living with 60 year old parents. Many families living here with babies and small children.

I have emailed pictures of the apt everything was fine and Steve and Matt refuse to give me my money. Corporate Criminals who steal from tenants with increasing rent on a rent control propeprty, stealing and charging tenants to pay corporate insurance. Scam and targeting black people on housing vouchers having their cars towed, when all cars have stickers.

AMC LLC IS NATION WIDE AND THREATENS AND BULLIES TENANTS STEVE CHONG (who is employed with AMC) IS THE MANAGER OF VILLA APTS IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY and KELLY VICKERS IS EMPLOYED BY ACACIA CAPITAL they own your complex and mine, they own many complex apts and allow AMC LLC to manage them. They have to, have bullied and threatened me all the time, just today I drove in the back gate and this black named Wesley is the community rat, who reports to Judy Parker (leasing manager for AMC) they cause havoc.

However I saw the maintenance with Wesley and 5 minutes later the janitor is at my door pretending to clean it just to provoke me. When I questioned it to Steve Chong, he decided to now threaten me with eviction until further notice. This company also allows a towing company to come in and tow tenants cars who are on HOUSING VOUCHERS and then financially rape them for $400 dollars to get their car out. Its a scam and I believe Acacia is behind it all. Acacia are FREEMASONS they brag about it all the time,but last time I checked their website.

My first issue is that any person who rents in Utah County has no governing authority to protect what few renters rights that we have. I was renting from Pleasant Springs apartments in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We were quoted $1299.00 per month for rent.

We were then charged with fees and their small utility bill ran almost $200.00 per month. My rent was usually over $1500.00 a month. When our lease was up and after paying a ridiculouse amount for fees and utilities. I rent an entire home and water a lawn and spend less in utilities than I am spending now.

I turned in my keys I asked them to do a walk through with me and the girl in the office refused. I was scheduled my walk through and when I got there the office was locked. I waited for about 10 min. then left. My move in date was May 25, 2017.

The charged me utilities from May 10, 2017 through to June 1, 2018. I was living there with neighbors below us that were smoking on the balcony. The apartments policy stated that they had to be 25 ft. from the building. We complained and contnued to complain to no avail. So they did us a bigger favor and told us they would not renew our lease.

I was then charged for damages without any communications from them. I was originally billed for a little over $600.00. Their collection agency told me they could put together a payment plan that result in me paying them over $1200.00 or I was required to pay them $899.00 in full.

I know we were over charged for utilities, there was a rumor that they were over due on their city bill so they had to charge extra for utilities.
