This company is a scam. They take advantage of the poor demographic. Their product isn’t a cure for diabetes. Their goal is nothing more than to just make a sale. My mom saw they advertisement on TV in Spanish. She ordered the product and had negative symptoms from the product. She called to let the “sales” person know and the “sales” person wanted to sell her a different product. I witness this, so I took it upon myself to call back and get my moms money back. I ask for the customer service number to get my money back and she said there was no customer service number and hung up on me. Please don’t buy this product.
My aunt, age 65, saw a commercial on channel 62 estrella tv) for a product regenex, claiming to help with diabetes and restore the pancreas. My aunt, who is on a limited income and on social security bought this product for $230. She received the products (5 bottles), followed the instructions, taking 2 capsules a day, twice a day. The first few days she was feeling intermittent dizziness. By the tenth day, her blood pressure rose to 180/100, she felt weak and had fast heart palpitations. She went to her primary care physician who told her to immediately get off the pills as they obviously were having a bad effect. We contacted the company and explained explained that my aunt had become ill taking those pills and spent 45 minutes going around and around with them trying to get a refund. They would only agree to swap out the pills for another kind of "treatment," and said they could not refund the money because payment was made by check. Had it been made by credit card, they could have refunded it. What??? I reported them to the better business bureau who is investigating them together with the department of consumer affairs. Do not be taken by this company!!!
AOS CORP is an unescrupulous company pushing products with no medical value. They work under the website 'todosaludentv". My mother was mislead into buying their Bee Therapy hoping to have some relief in her joint pain, but the capsules had no effect whatsoever. We would have left it at that, as a mistake we make once in a while, but their continuous calls to push for more product brings us here to report this company.
Their staff are pushed for sales which we could witness during our telephone conversation. The supervisor was screaming and being rude to their staff and we can hear it through our telephone conversation. Since that is their tactic, pushing and pushing for more sales, we haven't resolved the issue of unwanted calls.
When we informed them that the product had no effect, their answer was to suggest that we needed an additional cream for the product to work. Maybe there are people that fall for these tactics. Not us, and we hope you don't either. This happened to us with this product, and since I see that it has happened to other people with other products, I can see that the whole company is a scam.
