On 11/8/2018, Anthony Mills Jr. Trucking called in for service. One of there trucks was stuck trailer high in the mud in a narrow cemetery. Anthony Mills Jr. was made aware that it would cost $2000.00 and would require 2 trucks. He agreed and paid $150.00 deposit. Upon completion of service, we charged his card a remaining balance of $1750.00.
An invoice and pictures of the incident were sent along to his email. On 1-18-2019, our merchant has told us that he disputed this transaction. Service was provided in full and was absolutely no need to dispute this transaction. On 1-19-2019, we proceeded to call Anthony Mills to try and rectify it at which time he called us a bunch of curse words and racist names.
This is unacceptable behavior coming from a grown man.. Disgusting. Not onyl is he disputing valid charges, but he also is a racist and a bigot. I will be filing complaints with the FMCSA, his surety company and letting it be known that he does not pay his bills.
