Anthony Curiale maligned our company with a one star review because we refused additional FREE services to him! His one star Google review: "I have used this company for a number of years and have found their customer service to be mediocre a best and often times downright hostile if you complain that they charge for pool cleaning even when their employee does not show up to clean the pool. Also, their pool service employees know nothing about pools other than to clean them and often their employees do not speak English well enough to communicate. I have had pool service from owner/operated company's that not only can clean the pool properly, but can diagnose an issue or recommend someone who can without costing an arm and a leg.

This company's recommendations for pool repair should be shopped around for a competitive market price and not taken at face value. In other words, caveat emptor i.e buyer beware.

I have terminated this company and gone with an owner/operator who services my pool at a lower cost and with whom it can communicate.

By the way, to show you how vindictive this company can be, when I told them would post this on yelp, they threatened to counter post something negative about me. I await their comments." If our service was "mediocre at best" why have you made no mention of these supposed complaints prior to our refusal to provide FREE services?? Why did you retain our company for services?

Anthony has recorded ONE recent complaint of no service during torrential rains!! We charge based off 4 visits per month x 12 months per year= 48 weeks.

Anthony, how many weeks are in a calendar year? You would owe us FOUR weeks of service if we billed weekly instead of monthly. We do this to allow for holidays and inclimate weather! If our pool service employees "know nothing about pools" then why did you keep our services almost a decade in aggregate and FIVE years week after week 52 weeks a year x 5 years= 260 consecutive visits if we "know nothing"? I interpret that as a racists bigoted xenophobic pejorative against our staff. The same staff you had NO issues with the last 260 visits (minus one recent rain). " Sounds like you've had issues with every company you've hired. Why then, if these phantom owner/operated services were so proficient did you hire us??

Our pool service is to clean the pool, it is not to diagnose your appliances, paint your house, walk your dog or mow your grass. POOL SERVICE! We only charged you for weekly pool cleaning and a once per year conditioner algaecide charge. You were too cheap to pay us to clean your filters. Our customers who are actually successful attorneys pay us to do that. We have referred you to only one outside company I am aware of to clean your pool tiles and replace the mastic. After YOU asked for a recommendation. Perhaps you should have "shopped around for a competitive market price and not taken at face value"!!!

We replaced a pool pump for you 5 years ago and since then you have asked us a plethora of times to "come out and see why X is not working" Each time we did. Provided a quote to fix and heard NOTHING, were not hired. You either did it yourself because you're too cheap, or hired someone else. We are not beholden to you, WE OWE YOU NOTHING!!!! Including the latest request to send our skilled service technician to spend our time, gas and money and decades of experience to tell you what was wrong with your pool heater so once again, you wouldn't hire us to repair it and likely do it yourself. Does your joke of a practice drive to peoples homes and tell them how to handle their court cases FOR FREE?? Why are we any different?

I reference the aforementioned deplete compliant record by Anthony Curiale and his wife Debbie Curiale who had not only never complained about our service but referred us to others! We've covered your tight budget previously and I'll reiterate our successful attorney clients have no issues with our low fees. $95 a month is all we charged Anthony Curiale for pool cleaning, FOUR visits to him home, chemicals and labor included. Our employees and contractors ALL speak English. The review posted clearly depicts Anthony Curiale posted his review not because we performed poorly, not because he didn't receive consistent weekly service, not because we caused any damage or did anything untort. But because ANTHONY CURIALE IS VINDICTIVE; terminated our service because after numerous troubleshooting and estimates for repairs over the years, none of which has he hired us for, we reserved our right to refuse FREE services he takes to Google to malign our company! Who's the vindictive one....... I'd never work for this tool again! He's a difficult customer his dogs have to lock his wife on on Fridays only, we are provided a window when we can come.

They don't let us clean their filters and often have to ask them repeatedly to do it or we lose suction and waste our expensive chemicals, time and labor. Anthony expects for $95 a month to not only receive pool service but an insurance like policy where we jump at his beck and call to tell him FOR FREE what's wrong with his equipment so he can either fix it himself or have someone else do it.
