Ran up a bill for hundreds of dollars and then cheated me out claiming I was in the wrong for expecting to be paid when it was agreed in writing that I would be paid and what my rate was. All he kept whining about was Covid.
To be honest, he is nothing more than a flim flam artist, no different than the cons who run the tables in the casinos. Sadly that is probably where he (Randy) learned his business practices. He also has over promised and under delivered to a number of his clients.
