I have worked with ANP for about 9 months and have never been paid on time by them from day one. My very first payment of less than $300 bounced. Once it was finally paid every payment thereafter was paid late. Now I am demanding payment for two past due invoices. One dating back to September 2015. They owe for three invoices totaling just under $1000.

I am unsure who from this site has recovered their funds, but I recommend that if you have not recovered them you respond to my complaint so that we can join together to initiate a class action lawsuit against ANP. These unethical practices from Larry Perrone and Albert Suied have gone on as early as 2008 and this has to stop.

I demand payment and will contact every contract they have along with every consumer complaint site and employee they have on file until every cent of the funds owed to me are paid. I originally thought they were in NY but just found they are in NJ which makes it an easy trip for me to file my suit in person myself. Hallelujah.

I am a work at home mother just trying to make ends meet and provide for my family and these two foolish men believe they can take advantage of me and get away with it because I work remotely and out of state. Larry all of sudden has taken an unexplained leave of absence since November leaving Albert who seems much more prone to lying and fabricating in full charge of the company. It sounds fishy to me because it is fishy.

Even if you work in Canada seek a court runner or legal aide in NJ (use Craigslist to post an ad) who can file a complaint for you in small claims court. I will personally assist if you would like.

ANP Transcription continues to not pay their independent contractors. They have big clients such as WEBMD Netscape, the State of NY Court system, the State of Alaska, Sacramento Police, just to name a few. Reports are abundant from back in 2008 and 2009, and newer reports go to 2011, but BEWARE that it is still happening. They offer big money to transcribe but then do not pay.

These guys owe me around $700. I worked for them as a freelance transcriptionist for a few months. After two paychecks taking over two months to arrive, I stopped claiming work from them. I've emailed them asking where the checks are. First I got, it was sent out last friday. Then I got no response. Threatening legal action has done nothing. They assured me they're waiting on payments before they can pay me. Waiting on payments from two months ago? Seriously?

I read a few reviews of the company and all the bad things are true. They don't pay their freelancers on time. I have been waiting over two months to receive payment for my services and after a month of being given the run around, I'm nervous I'm not going to get paid. I live out of state, so taking them to small claims court is not only a hassle, but I don't have the resources to fly to New Jersey to show up for court. How convenient for them.

Be warned! Don't work for ANP! They will not pay you on time and your questions about where your paycheck is will be ignored!
