I had filed a Very Serious Letter Of Complaint With This Company on behalf of my 89 year old mother, Mrs. Helene Shore back on Thursday, November 26th, 2020 and this company did Respond back to ME by stating that they were sending out some Full Valued Coupons/Vouchers back on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020.
Well, whatever they claim to have sent out was In Fact, "Never Sent Out"!
I can Not Reiterate On How Many Emails And Phone Calls I Have Made To These Losers and Liars about Not Receiving Their Coupons/Vouchers.
The two (2) latest letters that I had received came from Marilyn Aide, Consumer Relations Representative Who Wrote Back To Me Back On Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 Who Only Stated That She Believes That They Were Sent Out Back On Wednesday, December 2nd, 2021, however, when I told her that they Never Arrived and To Send Them Out To Me Via Certified Mail, Ups or Fed-Ex, She Just Completely Ignores My Very Special Request!
I even wrote them another complaint letter telling them the Same, Exact Thing about Not Receiving Them and To Please Resend Them Out To Me By Certified Mail, Ups or Fed-Ex and this time back on Monday, January 18th, 2021, I had received another Negative Response Letter coming from Mr. Zachery Gross, Consumer Relations Representative who Refused To Send Them Out Using A More Secured Method and Only Offered To Send Them Back Out Using Regular Mail Which Of Course, Is A Huge Lie Because He Was Never Going To Send Them Out To Begin With!
I am now at the point where I do Not Wish To Hear Back from these Bastards Anymore!
I am Not into Fake People, nor Liars and they have Done More Than Their Fair Share Of Lying To Their Ex-Customer!
Enclosed, in the attachments, please find copies of their two (2) latest Negative Letters coming from both Marilyn Aide, Consumer Relations Representative and from Zachery Gross, Consumer Relations Representative (They Are Probably Using Fake Names As Well!) for your reference and further review.
