Anne Leedom poses as an expert media public relations person. She is nothing of the sort. She is a scam artist. As soon as you sign her agreement she needs to be chased. She insisted that the holidays would have no bearing on her availability and performance and reluctantly I signed on on Nov 15, 2017. She did nothing substantial until March. By the end of April, which was 5 months in...a month before the end of our agreement she was just getting my first article live. She took zero responsibility and blamed it on editors. If you think it takes editors 3 or 4 months to post articles...think again.
She had zero respect for me when I inquired about things and had very poor communication skills. She is unavailable by phone. Ever. She doesn't even give you her number. She is unavailable on Mondays and Fridays by e-mail as she takes long weekends off from Thursday evenings till Mondays. And Holidays like Presidents Day, Earth Day, Ground Hog day...yep. She takes those days off too. If you are lucky, she will respond from Tues-Thursday afternoons. If you send anything at all like articles or segments that you worked hard on over the weekend, she claims that she doesn't receive it and you have to resend everything because all of her weekend e-mail get lost in spam.
I asked her...how can you pitch me to TV producers if you haven't read my book or offered to read my book? She said...Oh yeah. Ok, send me a book. (Like she was doing me a favor.) This woman seems to have no respect for the people that pay her enormous amounts of money for services and she renders half of the services she promises. She claims to have traditional TV shows in her network and offers you a presentation with a press release and press kit. But after you give her your money, she says her approach is only "conversational" and she rides you til the end. She gives you no schedule or records of her media outreach or traditional TV media outreach. She is a fraud and a scam. All I can say is that karma never loses an address. Do NOT hire this person or any alias names that she uses. Anne Leedom is a rip off and scam artist.
Not only does she take clients money. she also does not pay her employees... she will calm she emailed you updates and they never arrive... when you leads heat up she will let you go taking your money... i would not work or do business with her... promote yourself... save you money...
