I needed a dress for a small wedding ceremony in june. I placed the order in april, plenty of time. They never shipped it and didn’t respond to email inquiries beginning the end of may, when it was officially late. I did not have time to find a new dress and have it delivered in time, so i had to postpone my wedding. I finally got a response a this week and they didn’t even apologize. This is not a professional business. They have been running a sale for months despite being way behind on fulfilling orders. Don’t support them until they learn to respect their customers.
I ordered from them in the past and had an okay experience, but i’m thinking they have devolved into a scam in the name of islam. I haven’t had any problems with other companies throughout the pandemic.
After i posted a negative review on a site, she lied and told them i was not a customer. After i sent in proof of my order, i updated the review to say that she'd lied. At that point, she reported my review and it's been in review for a few weeks. She may be flagging it repeatedly.
How disappointing. I was happy with the two dresses i've ordered prior to the last order that went awry. I would've given her another chance if she hadn't gone so far out of her way to lie. Also, she said that she issued a refund, but i have not received it so that is a lie as well. It's been well over a month.
