I bought two wp plugins to use on my website from this seller through JVZOO and the transaction was through PayPal. Well, the day after making these purchases I asked for a refund via support ticket, went unanswered for five days so I filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal ruled in their favor.
I contacted JVZOO to only be told they cannot do anything either and for me to keep contacting this seller. This seller Ankur Shukia taunts me bragging about how he can falsely advertise products with 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and get away with not being made to refund buyers due to its digital product or service.
He proceeds to cuss me out through my personal email, and flat out says he not going to stop taunting me with curse words. Avoid this man at all possible, will be seeking legal action against JVZOO as well cause they are no better.
In 2014 I bought from Mr Ankur Shukla a lifetime membership to an internet backup service, BACKUP BEAST. For more than a year I have not been able to access the product. Live Drive was providing the lifetime live backup until it suddenly stopped. Live Drive says my email is unknown to them and without a known email i cannot get their support team to reply.
I couldn't get Ankur Shukla's support team to reply either despite many, many messages left on his support page. All my messages have been ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
