Don't fall for their scam trap. They offer you free prizes and money to come into a "free breakfast", alarm bells already right? Well it gets worse, they then make you sit through a boring "seminar" (the guy sent us to sleep) then give you 3rd degree and threaten not to let your kids out of the "kids club" till you've signed a contract to buy an overpriced apartment miles from no-where. Having said all that, we were gullible enough to fall for it and once it settles they refuse to answer any of your questions about why there is no tenant etc. Doesn't matter how many times you call, they refuse to return any calls. You are now on your own! They spoil you at breakfast and suck up to you but the woman Melanie is an absolute witch, when we said we wanted to think about it she brought in her husband who calls himself 'Clive" (what parent would called their son Clive?) who told us he was the "gun salesman", well, what a wanker. He told us how much property he owns (apparently 17 properties, I actually think it's ZERO) and proceeded to tell us we would NEVER GET AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE THIS AGAIN. The first perswon we dealt with was an over weight girl who walked like a bricklayer, her name was apparently Rebecca.
We got sucked in and the property according to the bank is now worth $100k less than what we paid so we can't even sell, and no tenant. THEY HAVE RUINED US AND WON'T RETURN ANY CALLS.
