OK I purchased (5) lures from Angling USA for 22.82 back on April 30, 2018 it is now July 10 and I still have not received anything just a bunch of spam mail from somebody named Jack Bayer. He is selling them on Facebook using various names for company names.

They sent me a notice on face book and thought i could use some new good lures, so i ordered two but said i could get an extra one for 99 cents ,so i ordered a third one. They sent me a email saying they had a big respones and that they would get them out soon, and thanked me for my order on May 25 ,2018. As of now still no lures or refund.

Did not receive the product I paid for...Bass Hunter Swimbait from Angling USA. The money was deducted from my card on 5/10, the same day I placed the order. Order was to be delivered in "10-15 Business days OR SOONER" I have sent several emails to support@anglingusa ...no response I have also called their number (888-966-8037) several times and left messages...no response. This is a total ripoff scam. Beware!!

Ordered lures on May 8 with them saying delivery in 10-15 days. Never arrived and sent email. They responded saying I would receive tracking number in 5 business days. Never received.

Ordered a fishing Lure and agreed to pay 6.89 for shipping and handling and they will send within 12 to 14 days ususally faster. They charged my credit card and sent an email confirming my order. Email also stated I would be entered in a a montly subscription. I immediately emailed back declining the monthly subscription. During the last two weeks I have called and left messages and emailed their support address but have not been contacted back. Website is attached to Facebook and internet facing too.

Do not buy form these people or you will be ripped off too

I bought and paid for 3 swimbait lures on April 10, 2018 and have not received them and here it is June 19, 2018. 7 days ago they said they would be sending me a tracking number but they have not. I'm convinced this was a rip-off!

I was on Facebook scrolling through. This ad pops up offering a free swimbait, just pay shipping. My boyfriend fishes in tournaments, I thought he might like it. That was on May 23rd, I still have not received it. I have been communicating with JACK BAYER from "support" but he just keeps promising its in the mail and tracking is "delayed". Anyone who uses the USPS, knows that if you request tracking, you get it as soon as you mail the package. This is a RIPOFF. Please avoid this so called and very fake company.

I ordered multiple fishing lures on 4/28/18. My credit card was charged twice for 2 orders. They were supposed to be shipped within 10 - 14 days. It is now 6/12/18 without a word from them. Tried to e-mail my questions and they won't go through. No phone number available. Very disappointed !!!

I have called their number several different times and hours with only getting recored message saying they couldn't answer the phone no matter what time of day you called early or late. said for faster response e-mail them . I have sent several e-mils it has been over two months money withdrawn on April 27,2018. I did recieve one e-mail stating they new it was pulled to send but no tracking numbers avaiable that was few weeks ago. if you check out facebook page their are numerous complints just like mine.

They said it was a free gift to me all i had to do was pay for the shipping which was around 22.00 and they convinced me into an extra bait for a dollat and .99 cents for insurance. in May the 8th they took out 23.55 out of my account.

I still have not recieved the lures. I googled the address and came up with a scam alert.

I ordered a set of 4 lures on April 17, 2018 with the assurance of 10-15 day delivery. The payment was immediately taken from my account. I have never received the lures as of June 7, 2018. Repeated emails went unanswered and then I began receiving emails that my order was processed and then shipped and tracking info will be provided. No info was ever given and the items never shipped. This is a complete scam with delay after delay. Now they are not answering phones or returning emails.

Ordered the free lures and never received them. They took out the money immediatly and never sent the lures. If you call the number for them then you just get a recorded message that is not for the company at all. It is just about other offers totally unrelated. The number is 8889986776. So we ordered 3 of the lures for an extra 7 bucks. So all together about 8 dollars. They took that out immediately. Then never sent the lures. Now I'm still waiting for my lures and they took out an extra 39.50 for nothing. No way to get a hold of the company to find out what they are doing or anything. Now I can't even find them on Facebook. Total Scam. I thought this was a bad idea, but my husband really wanted the lures, so I did it anyway. Well lesson learned. Don't order things off of Facebook. or online at all if you don't know the Company. They also used Bass Pro in their name at the time I ordered, so my husband thought they were affiliated with Bass Pro shops. Which they aren't. I have 3 different charges and none of them have the exact same name.

I purchased $80 worth of lures, they charged my account and have never received product. It’s been 6 weeks with lots of excuses why the havnt shipped. For the last three week according to "Jack” my order has been in the shipping Dept. Lol. I have written communications over the past 40 days in a daily basis. This company clearly and fraudulently is taking hard earned money from people with no intention of delivering lures. Very sad deal.

I ordered their swim bait in early April. I have sent them multiple emails and left multiple messages on their phone to no avail. The emails I receive back is that they are checking on it. One said it was shipped but they will not send me a tracking number. One email stated they had a fire in theior wearhouse. Still nothing though.

I have reported them to my credit card company and they are investigating them also. This company is a rip off and looking at all the reports this guy should be in jail.

Ordered on-line 6 lures 5/1/18. Did not receive acknowledge of order by e-mail. Sent an e-mail shortly after order stating the problem. Jack sent a reply that the order had went through and everything was ok. Said he would send a confermation. When I tried to access the info none of it would work. I have sent 3 e-mails since requesting info to no avail. They charged my credit card on 5/1/2018. It has been a month now and still cannot get a reply from them.

I thought that I was ordering from a real company. I was going to order only 1, and they talked me into 5 Bass Sniper lures. I have tried getting in contact with them through every email address that I could find. All that I could get was "fill in your information and get your free lures and a book on Bass Fishing. This really hurts, because I am 77 yrs old & on S.S. only. To steal money like this from me is like taking away my fishing rights. I should have spent the money on food. I thought, just this once, get something for fun. Well I haven't received anything and I think enough is enough. So I am making a report.

I ordered their supposedly 2 free lures from Angling USA online. They readily took my money but I have never received the lures and today they took out $35.00 which the funds were not in the bank for them to do so and I never authorized them to take this money. They have NO phone number to contact them. The phone number that was left on my bank account was 888-988-6776. this number is all automated and keeps trying to get you to purchase other stuff...how aggravating !!! I want to sue them for what they have done to me. I live on SSI and get a whole 761 a month...try to live on that. It hurts when you can't trust people, companies . Now I have to go to the bank and close my account and start all over. Really hurts in so many ways. Please, do something about this.

Said there was a sale on some lures. I bought them on April 22,2018 and still have not recieved them and its been over a month May 31,2018. I keep emailing the owner named Jack and he keeps telling me that he js waiting on the shipping department to send me the tracking number and that it takes 15-20day.

I emailed him back multiple times since then to say I have not gotten my tracking number still and its been more then 15-20 days and on the website it said 10-15 days when I first placed the order. Also, I mentioned that the money for the lures were taken out of my account on April 23,2018. I have warned him that I am going to get authorities involved.

Bought 5 swimbait lures in 04/01/2018 it is now 05/30/2018. They withdrew the money from banking account in april. Still have bot recieved the lures. In addition to not getting lures, on 05/24/2018 they withdrew 39.50 for "anglingusa club" that i did not authorize.

I ordered 3 free lures and paid shipping which amounted to $12.85. I paid that amount but never received anything. Called to complain but no one ever answered, so I emailed them. I received email from Jack saying they had such an overwhelming response that they were delayed.

Then emailed him again after awhile and now he said they had a warehouse fire and were delayed. I also somehow got billed for some membership for $39.50 that I never wanted. So I cut my losses and closed my debit card and had to get a new card because of this. It is a royal ripoff.... Beware!

I ordered fishing lures from these Frauds did not receive the ordered items, E-mails were not answered, no shipment information was provided. Found they charged my credit card for 39.50 to a club membership that I did not authorize. Failed to refund 23.60 first charge for non shiped items. They do not answer the phone number provided you only get a message that they are out of the office at this time. No matter when you call. I had to cancel my credit Card in order to keep these crooks from charging more items that i did not ask for.

They entice you with an amazing fishing lure on video. It all looks authentic. Reviews by fisherman using the lure and even use the names of top sporting goods stores on their website. They will continually send email updates explaining why it's taking so long to ship but it's all bull. Trying to call the number they give an nobody answers.

I bought the swim bait pro. It asked me to upgrade and they would increase my order for free. I received my order which took FOREVER only to find out that I only got the four lures. They keep taking out $39.50 every month. The phone number that they provide (1-888-966-8037) is just a person talking, you can not leave a message. I tried emailing and no response. Now I have to get my card cancelled and order a new one just to stop their charges. I only bought this due to them using Bass Pro in their advertisement.

Face book ad states free lures (cost of shipping only) by ordering on line. Ordered 5 lures in March plus an additional free lure. Was charged for lures on 30 Mar 2018. No lures received until after repeated calls and e mails I finally received lures in May 2018. When checking my credit card statement for May I noted a second unauthorized charge from the same company. I had not placed any new orders with them and was actually relieved to have finally received the lures I had originally ordered (albeit) a month late. Now the second unauthorized charge. Will never do business with them again. They do not answer phone calls an send canned email respones from their support site. Buyer beware.

I received no correspondence or package to warrant this. My Credit Union put stop payment on that withdrawal. Then on May 24, 2018 Angling USA withdrew 39.50 dollars out of my account again. No correspondence or package to warrant this withdrawal, again without my permission.

After I received the first product I was happy to get it after sending several e-mails. The next month I noticed in my checking account a withdrawl from the company that I did not authorize. I did not join a club or any membership to this company. I sent them a e-mail informing them that I did not authorize any withdrawl to them for any product that I did not order. I am waiting for any response from them. I did inform them to remove me from any membership or club registration that they have on record and if they access my account again I will then go to legal assistance to resolve this matter.

I placed my order after hearing from a friend that he had ordered an expensive but, new to the market lure for just the cost of shipping. I checked out the website and was lead to believe that there product is US made and is a high quality product. Also, there website stated that the order would be filled and shipped quickly (12-15 days per website statement disclaimer). It has been almost 30 days now (5/19/18) and with three seperate emails i have only received the run around with responses stating that they are having a hard time filling the orders and that i should check out there website to see how "cool" and "well made" there fishing lures are. No real response to my question about where my order is or any status update on my order for that matter. The friend who I recieved the info from recieved one of the lures that in fact is made in China, is low quality and doesn't perform as shown in there reviews or videos they have on there website. I think that Facebook and Instagram running these ads without checking the integrity of there business plan or model should be held accountable for these issues as much as the company itself.

Ordered lures on 4-16-18 buy one get one free just pay shipping. My card was charged correctly. As of this date 5-18-18 I haven't received lures. On 5-16-18 my card was charged an additional $39.50 for I don't know what. They said it was for some subscription. I didn't agree to any $39.50 monthly subscription. I've tried to contact them with little response from them. That I got my lures and that without cancelling my subscription within 30 days I will be charged for the $39.50..... I didn't agree to any of it.......They are rip offs. No answers on phone calls and unresolved emails.. As of this date on 5-18-18 i still have not received my lures. Still getting emails saying due to over whelming demand they are backed up. I just want my monies back.

On April 13 I saw the add on FACEBOOK and ordered the free lurer intending only to pay shipping and handling.

I then desided to order their recommended special which consist for more baits for the amount of 23.55.

I checked my bank account and the full amount was deducted on April 16. Today is May 2 2018 and I have not heard from them in any manner.

Saw their add on Facebook and ordered lures and haven’t received them. Emailed them and they said the order was processed and I would receive it. They charged my credit card for the amount that I ordered and another charge for what I don’t know. They charged my card on March 15 of this year. I would think that 45 days is ample time to get a order. I have tried calling them but cannot get a person to talk to, answering machine only. I have left name and phone numbers but no one will return my calls. Not just one call but numerous calls without any response. Looking forward to hearing from you,Thank you
