I needed a loan for a home remodeling project and broker LJ Armstrong from A.B.S.I. Andromeda Business Solution, Inc. defrauded me using a real lender's name and address on fake stationary. I was under contract on a home in Arcadia, Phoenix, an upscale neighborhood and I was looking at a profit of close to one million dollars. I had the chance to purchase this property for below 50% of the market value and the home was not listed in the MLS. LJ Armstrong asked for an advance fee of $7,200, I was aware of the many scams going around with advance fee lenders and waited as long as I could to pay the requested fee by wire transfer into the business account of Andromeda Business Solutions, Inc. at Chase bank.
I received a loan commitment from BlueClover Financial, at 7601 N Federal Highway, Ste B250 in Boca Raton, FL 33487, which guaranteed me the loan in the amount of $1.8mil. A loan agreement was sent to me which I had notarized at my business bank. This project would have been my second remodel after I had to close my company for almost 5 years due to injuries from a rear-end car accident. I was rebuilding my credit and knew how to generate capital because I have been in that line of business since 1998 and have done quite well until the car accident brought my business to a halt.
Came close of escrow, the loan docs still were not at escrow yet, so I bypassed the broker LJ Armstrong from A.B.S.I. and contacted the lender directly. That's when I found out what had actually expired. I was in contact with the president of BlueClover Financial on October 9, 10 and 12 and we discussed the situation over the phone and by email.
On October 11th I received a frantic text message from LJ Armstrong where she should return the money to. This was a Sunday. How could she have known that I found out? The only way possible is that the president of BlueClover Financial had contacted LJ Armstrong and told her that I had found out. I find this awfully strange that out of the blue, LJ Armstrong would have asked where to send the money to. There is no way else that she would have found out on this Columbus Day weekend that I now knew! The messages would not stop all day long on October 11th, where to return the money to.
A.B.S.I. Andromeda Business Solutions Inc. operates under a suspended CA corporation, has 3 different Dun & Bradstreet numbers for 3 different locations, 24927 Bella Vista Drive, Newhall, CA 91321, 6303 Owensmouth Ave #101f, Woodland Hills, Ca 91367, 29313 Ryan Lane, Santa Clarita, CA 91387.
People associated with her are Javier Montigo, the hard money coordinator, Kelly Hudak, she is in charge of the wire transfers and Sonya ?.
Now, out of the $7,200 we only paid $500, LJ Armstrong wanted us to send this amount Walmart to Walmart to Valencia, CA.
I had obtained two loans for this project prior to securing financing so I could get a head-start on it and to carry me through escrow. Due to these illegal activities of LJ Armstrong, I had to cancel escrow, the Earnest Money Deposit of $20,000 will be lost because the seller made a claim to it and I most likely will loose my business and my credit. I managed to get my Fico up to 673 and my business had an Experian rating of an "A". On top of all, I am loosing the proceeds from that project in the amount of close to one million dollars. BEWARE of these people, they most likely will open up the same business under a different name. LJ is well educated in Business, Real Estate (Escrow), Computer Programming and Computer Repair. She used to own a Notary license.
