We bought a house online, Ebay. First mistake Ebay, has NO protection for real estate purchases. They are only a "venue" to continue with a purchase. Granted I have thousands of transactions on Ebay but real estate is different. Mistake 2, sent money to his CHASE bank account before deed of any kind was processed or escrow used.
So we purchased this home on Ebay. Delay, after delay, after delay with no Deed in site and no monies being refunded yet. Starting searching his name and came across information that we were not the first scammed with real estate purchases.
He is currently living in Wyoming Michigan. Just married to Jennifer R. Bartaway in 2016. Baby born March 2017. They reside at 2565 Woodlake Rd SW, APT 5, Wyoming Mi 49515. His phone number is 616-414-0198.
Andrius's mother and father have notary also online as scammers. Jura and father is listed in numerous real estate fraud cases along with Andrius, (AKA Andrew).
They just got married and had a wedding registry online, Dec 2016.
They just had a baby and have registered at Babys R Us, Target and Amazon.com. Thank you
We found out for sure we were scammed when we saw the house we bought on Craigslist Detroit for sale a couple days ago. 10399 Violetlawn Detroit, which showed a deed picture in the Craigslist add signed Feb 22, 2017, sold for $1.00. We purchased on Ebay, October 2016, for $1525.00.
The seller on Craigslist is Jessie Williams Jr, which supposedly lives at 505 N. Kings HWY Myrtle Beach SC, but that is a Post Office address, so I am guessing a PO box. Jesse or Jessie's phone number given is 810-824-8664. His email is [email protected].
The Deed is signed by a Notary, Chassity Sutton who is a real estate broker and works at JP Morgan Chase in Grand Rapids. So happens the bank I sent money to, Chase, where Andrius has an account, or did.
I got all the information online freely with a little searching, you can too or the appropriate authorities.
I am not accusing any of the aformentioned individuals of anything, but maybe it will help someone get monies they lost back or help someone bring the scammer to justice.
