We paid Andrew 188 to install a pump. He cashed the check and didn't install the pump he took our month and won't call or text us . We had him-install a vinyl liner 3 yrs ago and were very happy. Never expected him to scam us and take our money and run. He won't return calls or texts. He responded to the first one stating the parts store had closed before he got there and that he would pick it up Monday and come install it . He never showed up and won't reply and it is now Saturday night.
