Andres is a con artist and thief. He ripped me off for thousands of dollars for a renovation. He should be in jail.
If this is the same Andres from Edmonton(and it sure sounds like it), then yes, he does not pay bills. He owes thousands of dollars of unpaid bills to painters, drywallers, cabinet makers, you name it. The lies he comes up with is astonishing.....Any time you question him, he gets angry like it is your fault.....He will always twist things around.....You would be very wise to not hire him, or work for him
When the business owner is a compulsive lier, a fake and poor payer there is not much left to trust them. It's a subcontractor that delivers the work to the contractor at the expense of bad or unpaid workers.
Everyday he would come up with an excuse to not pay no matter how responsible or good you were he would manipulate the situation to end up paying only a small portion with long waiting periods. For your own good please stay away of Andres Figueroa - Horizon Development.
He will talk you into continue working with him, promising many things, talking trash of previous "dishonourable" employees. All a lie!
In top of all he comes up with drama, fabricate situations, even threats with going to the police or stuff like that which is funny when is he who is robbing not only me but many others.

Worked with him for a few years, and truly pulled the wool over my eyes! Could never pay his employees! And. you was stupid enough to loan him 7500.00 to be paid back within 2 weeks! It’s almost 2 yrs and I have seen 250.00! Biggest thief that ever walked and his entire family is all aware and still allow it to happen.. wanted me to help his daughter open a company with yet another loan and then he would pay back my money! People like this get payback.. karma is payback!
