In seeing the original article written June 3, 2012 on Ncterriers.com - Adnrea Higgins, sadly to report as of today June 30, 2016 they are still operating the puppy mill. I am a concerned neighborhood resident who can no longer stand to be silent about what they are doing. There is no person residing in this home only the dogs, believe to be about 30 of them. You can hear the dogs howl and/or barking all hours of the day and night and there is no one there to help them, console them. The windows to the double wide home is boarded up and they have make shift fencing and security cameras all around the property to insure on one attempts to help the animals. As of this morning power was lost in the neighborhood for 18 hrs, you could hear the dogs barking crazy this morning due to the hot temps inside the home. No one had shown up yet to let them out, which is normally once or twice a day if that.
Neighborhood residents have tried to call authorities where it was informed they have all "breeder" documents in order and the vet confirmed with authorities dogs are healthy. Contacting Harnett County Animal Control does no good, contacted them a few times and they lie to you stating they have gone out to the location and found nothing. Please, Please, help these dogs. I have recuses my self and it kills me to hear these dogs crying, howling for help. These dogs deserve a good loving homes, they need to go to a rescue group and not animal control for Harnett County is a high kill. Please help.
