ON 4-15-20 I Placed an online order with Andersons Neck Oyster Company in Shacklesford Virginia for seafood and steaks paying $221.33 for food and $33.39 for 2 day express fedex shipping totalling $254.72 and i requested deliver day to be 4-24-20 giving them a 9 dahy notice to send my food on 4-22-20 so i would get on 4-24-20. On 3-15-20 Andersons Neck sent confirmation to me that they received my order and i requested a delivery date of 4-24-20.
Days went by and on 4-24-20 I sent Andersons Neck Oyster Co. a message in the morning requesting the Fedex tracking info so i can track my package. Later that evening on 4-24-20 Andersons sent me Fedex tracking info (They were just sending package out) and a delivery dagte of 4-26-20. Upset that the seafood was for my husbands birthday on 4-25-20 was ruined i sucked it up and kept it moving and accepted the new deliver date of 4-26-20 insgtead of the original delivery date of 4-24-20.
On the afternoon of 4-25-20 Fedex sent me confirmation of my 2 day express deliver of 4-26-20. Then at 830PM on 4-25-20 Fedex sent a message that delivery was now 4-29-20 and mind you my package had been sitting at Fedex for 29 hours since it was picked up on 4-24-20 at 4PM and did not leave fedex office until 9PM on 4-25-20. I called fedex and asked why my deliver date was changed and espressing my concern that the seafood will not make a 5-7 day journey unrefrigerated. Fedex operator told me....HANG ON GET THIS......that Andersons Neck Oyster Company found out how expensive 2 day deliver was going to be (instead of calling me and cancelling my order and refunding me my money) so Andersons Neck Oyster Company changed my deliver to 5-7 day ground shipping knowingly and willingly having ill regard to the contents spoiling upon arrival and it would not make the journey of 5-7 days safely... They did hot care and sent it anyway.
Well i emailed Andersons Neck Oyster Co. several times with no response until May 1 they responded "MA'AM IM SORRY FEDEX WAYLAID YOUR PACKAGE BUT WE SENT IT 2 DAY EXPRESS LIKE YOU REQUESTED AT CHECKOUT" WHICH WAS NOT TRUE UNBENOUNCED TO ANDERSONS NECK OYSTER COMPANY I HAD TALKED TO FEDEX AND ANDERSONS DID CHANGE SHIPPING FROM 2 DAY EXPRESS TO 5-7 DAY GROUND. On 5-1-20 Oak Park Fedex attempted to ttransfer my package to Roseville Fedex and Roseville Fedex refused stating the package was damaged and smelled that they were not taking possession of it to deliver to me..so Fedex is returining package to sender.
Now mind you now it is 7 DAYS and i still have not received the package. I emailed Andersons Neck Company with my frustration, their lack of compassion and stating that its all Fedex fault and they were NOT expressing anyREFUND ME BACK TO ME. So Andersons Neck Oyster Company takes you money, sends you package the cheapest way possible with Fedex even if its past the 2-3 day express delivery that is required to send food safely as to prevent spoilage (OF COURSE BEING PACKAGED PROPERLY WITH DRY ICE AND GEL PACKS) the knowingly and willingly having no regards to the package arriving spoiled and giving 2 craps about the customer and how the product arrives on your doorstep, then refusing a refund saying that it arrived spoiled because of Feces its not their fault "SORRY CHARLIE" BUT WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS THAT. But they are the ones who called Fedex and changed the shipping date after i got my 2 DAY EXPRESS confirmation from Fedex from a 2 day express deliver to a 5-7 day ground delivery is unacceptable and Andersons Neck Oyster Company should be STOPPED FROM TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND SENDING PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS.

I purchased services from this company back in 2016, purchasing a VIP package for the amount of $348. The promise was that they would uploading high converting, specially made videos to my YouTube channel. There was supposed to be a total of 15 custom made videos for the account; plus 1 new video would be added to my accout each month for a period of 12 months.
In addition to that I was supposed to receive a phone number that I could call for support - which was never provided to me. Low and non-converting videos were supposed to be removed and replaced with new content to keep the channel fresh and converting - so they said. When I asked them when they would remove low or non-converting videos they said that was at their discression.
When I recieved my initial videos, there were only 12, not 15. In addition they never provided me with new videos each month like they said they would. I never received a phone number to contact them either.
All the videos they provided to the account were garbage. They said that the videos were high quality and custom made for my account. But they had uploaded videos of Steve Martin and some 'live' Elvis concert videos - all of which never converted to anything significant. At most I had a handful of clicks but that was it.
In addition all the videos were 'claimed' under copywrite and even if the videos did convert, i wouldn't have made anything because i didn't own the copywrite to the video content.
It's been several years since I've had access to the account, but i never heard from this company ever again. Don't invest in this company, they will take your money and leave you. They should be made to refund all of my money.
