Michael berg and ams are not interested in solving any client issues. They setup behind the scenes deals with vendors to accept all in coming payments and then pay their reps. They take adavantage of vendors and over sell product lines. Their is no responisibility by this company to ensure professionalism or any actual training of their reps. They expect you to write blank checks when they make mistakes. They send hate mail and emails without understanding what their reps are doing. They with in a blink of an eye hurl racial slurs and muddy your good name.
I actually feel bad for thoughtswift as they have no idea what these people will do behind your back.
We have tried to solve their client issues and have in turn made multiple attempts to rectify issues until finally the racial slurs and hate mail and emails became so much we terminated our agreement with them.
They will will leave the vendor on the hook for unpaid invoices and simply walk away. They actually have a non compete with us that they are failing to uphold per their terms of their contract. And simply put now we have to send cease and assist letters to their vendor.
Even with their new vendor they are using our verbiage on their website instead of thoughtswift. It goes to show that vendors, reps and clients are nto safe with this rep organization.
An excerpt from an email response to their unprofessional nature:
"professionalism:
Moving forward, any further threats or racial slurs used against cg and or any of its affiliates or employees will be taken as such as a threat of violence and will be presented to the appropriate authorities. Threats to come to our office and make trouble or threats there will be trouble, any further racial slurs and any further attempt to gain the appearance of any affiliate or employee to do bodily harm as stated by your organization via multiple phone calls will head the same action.
If this type of behavior continues a restraining order will also be sought against ams and its employees and full termination of the contract between ams and cg will commence.
Any attempt to discredit cg to current or future clients will be met with the most severe penalty allowed under law and will be met with civil and judicial action."
