Judge authorized completed certified award letter. Stating i won 1,230,946.00. You have a coice to choose in one lump sum or yearly for thirty years. You are to sign the second page and mail in $12.99 fee for delivering the check. You can have direct deposit or mail the check but the fee is manatory. Pretty crappy because there are so many people having hard times and now this letter which they have to have gotten my information off of some data base and god knows what else they have.
