AMH Janitotial Company is very, very poorly run and is essentially a slick way for "business" people to sit at home and do nothing-other than rip people off and treat their employees like garbage. Firstly, they are bad for business because they are soley a contract based company looking for government contracts to supplement their pockets. They are awarded contracts that are thousands of miles awat and will be unable to provide any form of proper site supervision, they have no handbooks or MSDS booklets to provide their customers and employees. Any work that is performed outside of Texas is treated as work being performed in Texas whish is not legal at all. They force their employees to do laundry without notice before hiring and will not reimburse for time spent, soap or utilitis used to do so. Also, I performed a months worth of work for these less than decent degenerates and two days after being paid for that month, my check was cancelled/stopped.
I began working for these folks on July 9th 2017 and it is now September 11th 2017 and no payment at all. The Arizona Industrial Commision Labor Division is handling this matter but that is the point. AMH Janitorial is forcing me to go through the state to get what is rightfully owed to me because (if i have educated myself correctly on the matter) i will only be able to collect state or federal minimum wage for the hours they owe me, not the original agreed amount of $15.37. Absolutely disgusting....these contracts are taxpayer monies. It's absolutely deplorable and a waste.
