Amx wouldn't let me purchase equipment from any dealer, but maverick integration. Maverick integration couldn't finish the job and walked off the job. Amx then all of a sudden didn't care about which integrator i would use. Furthermore, amx didn't even finish the programming so the home system doesn't even work correctly or get configured properly. This is all after having paid over 300,000 dollars to this company.
Amx can't be trusted. Amx is a company that made a ton of promises to me prior to the sale, after the funds were transferred they didn't care at all. Completely full of it. James Connolly works for AMX and has in my opinion completely misdirected their employer and cost them tons of negative publicity by not taking care of a major rift between AMX and me. James also lied to me about how the company has met its obligations by completing the programming which is completely untrue.
Furthermore, he hired outside counsel after he couldn't make it work and authorized the outside counsel to issue a letter to me to have potentially criminal charges filed against me if I went public with my experience with AMX. What a ridiculous argument. All that did was provoke me to go public more. I have spent over 300,000 with an AMX integrator and the system didn't get implemented correctly. This all because AMX required me to use this integrator. James Connolly didn't want this experience to go public, well too bad.
Now he won't even respond to me, what a crook. His company forces me to buy from an integrator, once they get paid, they don't complete the work and stop responding to me! Be very careful when deal with James Connolly, my experience is he can't be trusted and would rather go silent when customers call his company out on it.

Richard Salgado works for Dentons is in my opinion one of the worst attorneys I have ever received any correspondence from. This idiotic attorney sent me a letter indicating that he was going to potentially have criminal charges filed against me if I went public with how his client Harman/AMX treated me. I told him I had every right to my first amendment rights and all I want to do is share how terrible of an experience I have had with Harman / AMX.
So far I have written approximately 5 reviews on AMX employees/management team members etc, however, Mr. Salgado's threats were all empty threats and completely ineffective. This attorney is therefore full of it. Next time, don't send me empty threats. It hurts your credibility Mr. Salgado! Bottomline is your client promised me the heaven, but once they got paid, they didn't live up to their promises. Then when I want to bring this to the public eye - you want to throw me in jail! You are insane. You may want to squeeze me in with all negative reviewers on Yelp/Trip Advisor and here in the same jail.
Oh, I have sent Mr. Salgado, probably 5-10 emails since his criminal threats were sent to me. Guess how many responses, I have received in the last 6-8 weeks from this clown - zero. He is *full of it* and can't be taken seriously.

I sent Kevin Morrison, Executive Vice President, Global Sales of AMX a very courteous letter through his attorneys indicating how AMX had left me to hang dry after having spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. I requested him to please give me a call so that he could work out the issue attached to the transaction.
Do you know how many calls I received from him? Zilch. I would stay the hell away from Kevin Morrison from AMX; if you are looking from service from him after his company sells something; you might want to look at a different direction. It seems to me, Kevin Morrison will not call you after he collects money.
