I was trying to contact another company and someone from this company took my information and charged me $4.95 to my account? I have no idea who this company is and do not ever want to do business with them. I have cancelled cards with my bank to try to stop future charges with them.
While calling American Home Shield for a service call, the number provided on my contract had been compromised by a male hacker. He instisted I listen to this recording and that he was from American Home Shield and it did not pertain to me. Liar. Trying to convience AHS of this is a different story. So far they only have $4.95 because I have stopped payment on all.
