I had a bad experience. First week 5 leads not one callback, text nor email. Cost $2500 to start. I told them I wanted a refund but, they're so consistent on trying to keep you in their 90-day program instead giving your money back so, they can say you stayed for 90-days which was the agreement rather you close deals or not to not issue your refund from the bad experience. Made excuses said I wasn't using their CRM reason I got no contacts; although the leads supposed to be exclusive to you rather I use my cellphone or not. Nobody should be contacting them besides me. They can not change my experience regardless of what they do. Its been a month since I've called requesting a refund. I receive no corresspondence.
They also, wanted to me to remove my review from BBB in order for me to receive my refund. Which is illegal. This company is highly unprofessional. This company shouldn't even exist but, instead they rather scheme & not issue my refund.
