IM a victim of fruad ,this aroma coffee company has repeadtly charged my creidt card 68.75 ive had to switch cards over 3 times and they still somehow chargeing my account for 68.75 which ive neaver even heard of.Due to all of this stress my m.s has been tremendisly been affected.i just want my money back in my account and for them to leave me alone.ive done some much to get the charges returned only for them to keepp recharging my account over and over. The following month Amora ran my debit catd and no funds were loaded at the time,Amora then again ran my card ,took 67.00 !.I checked my debit card to see who took 67.00 off my card and when i heard Amora coffee i called right away . I straight out told the B**** look who the f*** pays 67.00 a month for coffe to drink at home alone ,I dont drink coffee like that ! Im the only one in the house who drinks the s*** you must be out of your f****** mind if you think i would pay almost 70 dollards a month for f****** coffee and the coffee isnt that d**n go for me to be paying that.price a month. i told her i dont want that f****** s*** i want my f****** money i didnt authorize you to take my money any way and i want my s*** back!!!she told me in 2 days i will get my money back.
today is day 3 so i called at 8 am and again the next B**** tried to lie but I cussed her the f*** out to !!! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM AMORA COFFEE ,SAVE YOUR FRIENDSHIPS AND TELL ANYONE AND EBERYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT AMORA COFFEE. On June 25 I received my confirmation email from Amora Coffee. I had purchased a bag for the promotional price of $1.00. This was just a one time offer. On July 11 my card was declined on a simple grocery store purchase. When I had reviewed latest transactions my card showed Amoral Coffee had charged my card $68.00. There is no reason for my card to have been charged. There's was no agreements or contracts allowing them to do so. I would like my money back immediately. I'm extremely disappointed over this incident.
Wow were do i start i am completly disgusted with this Company they are scammers for COFFEE GO AND BUY IN STORES DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY they will go into account and take what ever they want look at all the complaints. I feel compleatly VIOLATED theft is one thing but going into accounts and taking what ever they want i noticed one person said they put there account in negative cause they took out 58.75 out of account with out signing up for trial RUN BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I responded to a pop-up advertisemment on facebook offering a trial of the coffee for $1.00. no where did i read that in a few weeks i'd be receiving a shipment charged over $67.00 and this could continue. i have attempted to discontinue. i have been unable to reach this company for four months by telephone or on the website. i guess i will just have to cancel the credit card and deal with the consequences.
Very false advertising.I really wish I had checked this site before giving them my information. All I KNOWINGLY signed up for was one bag of coffee for $1. Then I unexpectedly got two $67 charges on my credit card and an email saying they had already shipped me coffee and I'm now subscribed to their service. They need to change their advertising to "Subscribe to our coffee delivery service, and get the first bag for $1." The terms and conditions should only confirm what was in the advertising and add some logistical details. It is incredibly dishonest for the advertising to just be "try our coffee - get A bag for just $1" and have the only place that it mentions you are actually signing up to be charged for a ridiculously expensive subscription service in the terms and conditions. It should be very clear what you are actually signing up for way before you ever get to the terms and conditions (which right or wrong, most people don't read beyond the first couple lines, if that).
I took advantage of their "free" bag of Amora coffee, just pay for shipping. Since so many of these offers enroll you into a continuity program, I looked everywhere for that language. None could be found.
Then, this morning, only a week after I received the free coffee, I see a charge for $68 and change on my PayPal account. I called Amora coffee and the woman on the phone insisted that the language about the continuity program was in the "Terms and Conditions."
After several minutes of back and forth stern conversation, she canceled my subscription and ordered a refund of the price of the coffee. I have to pay the shipping (not refundable) and I have to put "return to sender" on the box when it arrives.
I think that reputable companies don't hide "this is continuity program" so that it is hard to find. It should be up front and clearly stated. This is a very bad business practice and the customer service stunk.
To add insult to injury, PayPal won't even let me dispute the charge! It says "this type of transaction is not eligible for dispute." Amora coffee got me good.
Found this as a $1 trial subscription wherein if you did not wish to continue said subscription you could cancel anytime
I did receive multiple bags of coffee, but after the $1 trial runs out, they charge you $68 then send you an invoice with your account number which is supposed to allow you to make changes to your account. However, after FIVE tries the website would not allow me to create an account so I could cancel
So I tried the 1-800 number listed on my bank statement and was given the option to stay on hold or let them call me back
they have not called me back
Today I discovered they had charged me not only $68 for a product I haven't even received, but an additional $57
This is outrageous. what is the $57 for? How can they just charge you whenever they feel like and send you whatever they feel like?
$68 A MONTH for a few bags of mediocre coffee is bad enough, but to pretend you have the option to set up an account (to change preferences such as flavor or I don't know...CANCEL!) is just unethical
Major scam. I can't even say the customer service is bad as there literally is NO customer service because you cannot communicate with anybody who works for their company via any normal route of communication
I completed an online survey. One of the rewards was Amora Coffee, a sample for $1.00.
I received the sample, and much to my suprise. My Debit card was charged for 68.38, for what I do not know. I did not want or authorize and charges for products or services. I received not information or product why this fee was taken off my card.
I do not want to enroll in any clubs or promotions and I di not want any products or services from this company. I did not authorize this charge and will not.
Ordered free bag of coffee -next day cancelled all future orders.

I agreed to a $1 something $0.01 fee for shipping on a free bag of coffee through a survey. I did not one time that I see that this was a trial or a free trial and agree to become a member of any sort .I want to I am going to return the coffee. I want my money returned I did not agree to this.
I ordered coffee from AMORA COFFEE 2 months ago through an advertisement i saw on amazon and it was being delivered. I was chocked that today 9/18/2017 $68.38 was dedducted from my account by the company without my concern and witout informing me so i want to know why the dedduction. thanks
Had called to hold shipments till i came back from military tour, they held shipments for 2 months then resumed additional shipments When i called to see what could be done a Amand who answered phone would not help in any way. I told her i would dispute charges because i had someone return unopened shipments. She didnt care any said the dispute wouldnt stick because others have tried. I would not buy from them Use ebay or Amozon Prime
Accepted an offer for a bag of coffee for $1.00. 2 weeks later they charged my debit card $68.00 without my authorization. There was no contract. It was a one time purchase. It was a promotional fee. They were going to continue sending me a bag of coffee every 2 weeks and charge my card $68 every time. I called them and stopped them. They said my card will be refunded but I don't trust them. Still waiting for that refund. Apparently they did this to many others too.
Besides being overpriced, $33.00 a pound, they ship your first shipment before you have a chance to taste and agree or disagree as to future shipments.
I looked at my bank statement and seen that I was charged $68 and change for the coffee. I was told that it was $9.98 a bag. But to be charged $15 a bag and 4 sent out.
I called then and told them to stop shipment and to cancle my account that it cost to much. They refuse to stop the charges and continurd with the shipment.

Then on September 3rd of this year, I was charged $67.75 when I hadn't made any requests for any other products or services from them. I have received no products or services from them since the charge of $67.75 and have received no email receipt as to what they charged me for or even as to why they did charge me. I have contacted my bank directly, but am absolutely distraught. The only money I had since I am currently unemployed has been sucked by a company who operates in a distrustful and fraudulent manner. Please stay far far away.
